Our April 8 meeting features author, columnist and broadcaster Christine Ibbotson. Her weekly syndicated column called “Ask the Money Lady” is published in more than 720 Canadian newspapers with 22 million readers. Her talk radio show and her money minute show can be heard on over 300 radio stations across Canada.
She also presents the “Ask the Money Lady” TV show that plays every day on CTV Morning Live at 7:30 am, and Monday to Friday on BNN’s “The Street” and “Market Call”.
Christine has been in the financial industry for over 30 years. While she no longer sells financial products, insurance or bank services she now provides personalized, unbiased financial advice in an honest, nonjudgemental, and straightforward manner.
The title of Christine Ibbotson’s talk is “Longevity and How to Create a Lifelong Income in Retirement”. Seniors need to be creative when it comes to money, life experiences and living their life to the fullest. This is a fun and interactive talk about just how to do that.
