On November 12 we welcome our featured speaker, Steve MacNeil, presenting The Vehicle Development Cycle: The Toyota Way.
Steve was Vice President, Lexus manufacturing at the Cambridge facility prior to his retirement in 2023. His main responsibility was preparation for the next generation Lexus RX and the newly launched Lexus NX. He oversaw all aspects of quality at the Cambridge and Woodstock facilities.
Steve will discuss the voice of the customer, vehicle design, pre-production, production preparation at the plant and Toyota suppliers. He will also share his views about the importance of People Development at each stage.
