2025 Sheridan Probus Christmas Lunch
Once again, our Christmas lunch will be held in the ballroom at Credit Valley Golf Club. The details are as follows:
Date: Friday December 19th 2025
Place: Credit Valley Golf & Country Club, 2500 Old Carriage Road, Mississauga
Time: 12 noon arrival. Lunch served at 12:30 – 12:45 pm

Wild and Cultivated Mushroom Soup

Roasted Ontario Tom Turkey (dark and light meat)
Cranberry sage stuffing, Citrus Winterberry Compote, Herb Jus
OR
Stuffed Supreme of Free-Run Chicken
Braised Leek, Mushroom, Sage, Cornbread stuffing
OR
Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillet
Apple, Fennel and Cranberry Slaw, Rosemary Butter
All entrées include rolls and butter, roasted mini-potatoes, seasonal vegetables, coffee / tea

Whiskey Butterscotch Sauce, Raspberries, Cinnamon Chantilly
Choice of main course must be made when you register for the lunch
Cost: $72.00 per person (includes HST, gratuities and fees)

The preferred method of payment is by e-Transfer to payment@sheridanprobus.ca You may also pay by cheque or cash (exact amount, please) at the November meeting. Our Treasurer, David Hart will be there to collect payments.
All menu choices AND payments MUST be received by Friday November 28th in order to attend the lunch.
There will be a Table Seating sign at the November meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please ask a friend to sign you up. Please do not sign up on a table until AFTER you have registered and paid for your lunch.
