
A Spring Lunch is planned at Credit Valley Golf club on Wednesday May 28 at 12:pm. The spring lunch last year was very popular and enjoyed by all who attended. This year we have made a few changes, and I think everyone will be very happy with the menu selection. Win Johnson, President
This will be a Soup and Salad bar, buffet style lunch. The menu includes:
Soups (and assorted rolls with butter)
- Tomato and bell pepper
- Creamy Potato and Leek, crisp bacon, fried onions
Salad Bar
- Leafy greens, house mixed greens, romaine
- Grilled chicken, chopped bacon, hard boiled eggs, cheese
- Cocktail shrimp, tuna poke, smoked salmon
- Prepared salads: Tuna, potato, cucumber in sour cream
- Cherry tomatoes, sweet potato, shaved cabbage, pickled vegetables, roasted mushrooms, grilled seasonal vegtables
- Bread & Grains, croutons, quinoa, other super grains
- Fruits, avocado, berries, olives
- Legumes, roasted nuts
Desserts
- Cookies, squares, fresh fruit salad
Coffee & Tea Station
COST: $50.00 per person (includes taxes and gratuities)
Cash Bar Available with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
