On July 16 we welcome speaker Patrick Desbarats with “The Power of Education in Changing Lives”
Patrick Desbarats joined the UWCSEA: United World College South East Asia, East Campus faculty from Doha Qatar where he worked for seven years as the Head of Counselling and College Placement at the American School of Doha. Before moving overseas, Patrick was a College Counsellor for eight years at a public school north of Toronto. He began his career in education teaching braille, history and physical education. He has coached volleyball, tennis and badminton as well as leading school trips to France and Ethiopia.
